The 60 Day Fitness Revolution will give you the tools to radically change your life and the power to put you on the path to fitness. We'll help you learn how to eat and drink right without feeling deprived and challenge you with an exercise program that will burn fat and change the way you look. We'll even hand out prizes to celebrate your successes! The 60 Day Fitness Revolution includes nutrition counseling, unlimited yoga for 60 days from Yoga 101, bootcamp classes from Custom Fit, customized meal planning and much more! 60 days of unlimited yoga offered by Yoga 101
Did you know you can burn between 600-1000 calories during one 90 minute hot yoga class? It's true! Hot yoga is a great way to build lean muscle which allows for a strong and flexible body. Also our heated enviroment allows for deeper stretching which helps increase your flexibility. Our heated workout helps to increase the heart rate making this a cardiovascular workout that will help to detoxify the body and promote healing of the joints, cardiovascular, nervous, digestive and endocrine systems. As part of the Fitness Revolution program you will have an opportunity to attend classes as many times as you would like for 60 days. We have classes 7 days of week and a variety of times to fit your busy schedule. See how 3-5 classes a week for the first 2 months can change not only the way your body looks but the way that you look at your body and your health.

Nutrition and meal planning from Wellness Solutions
Initial individual appointment including (60 minutes):

  1. Body composition testing, analysis and discussion of results
  2. Resting metabolic rate testing, analysis and discussion of results
  3. Personal goal setting
  4. Food journal analysis
  5. Customized meal planning - one week plan with grocery list
  6. Food exchange list and discussion on how to mix/match foods from plan to create more variety and flexibility
  7. Each client will also receive an email nutrition resource packet that includes a copy of their meal plans, grocery list, results of body composition and metabolism testing, cookbook, food journal, healthy plate model, and dining out guide

Two "progress" group classes (one at the end of 30 days and the other at the end of 60 days) that includes (60-90 minutes), see note below:

  1. Individual weight and % body fat analysis and tracking
  2. Food journal analysis with personalized feedback
  3. Presentation of nutrition educational topics focusing on life skills
  4. Question/answer session
  5. Each client will receive a copy of entire course outline, individual class notes/educational materials

One Bootcamp class a week for 60 days from Custom Fit Personal Training
To add a little variety to your program we are excited to team with Custom Fit Personal Training who are offering one bootcamp class each week. Choose from classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30pm in the Custom Fit building on Greenriver Road or Saturday mornings at 8am at the Custom Fit Relentless location in the Yoga 101 building. These intense and rewarding classes offer you the opportunity to take your workout up a notch and offer weight training and a cardiovascular workout in a crossfit type enviroment.

Prizes for winners!
Winners will be based on:

  1. Greatest percentage of body fat lost
  2. Most pounds lost
  3. Most inches lost

The 3 winners of the above categories will be added to a drawing for a grand prize of:

  1. 1 year of unlimited yoga from Yoga 101 ($1,140 value)
  2. $250 gift card from House of Bluez
  3. Complimentary follow-up visits for one month with Wellness Solutions ($150 value)


The Fitness Revolution program will kick off on June 26th at 3:30pm with a sample bootcamp class and introduction to yoga class along with a meet and greet where you will get to meet the instructors and trainers from Custom Fit and Yoga 101 and Faith Griffith of Wellness Solutions.

First Time?

Here’s what you
need to know.

What to Bring:

  • A yoga mat*
  • A large towel and hand towel/washcloth*
  • Cold water/sports beverage to drink during class (Water can be purchased for $1/bottle)

How to Prepare:

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes early for your first class.
  • Drink plenty of water before coming to class. It is best to drink it throughout the day rather then chugging it right before class.
  • Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. No heavy sweat suits.
  • Try not to eat within 2-3 hours of class. Food in the stomach will drain your energy.

* Items will be available free of charge for first visit and can be rented for $1 each after that.
