Introductive Class - 90 minutes
Simply put, this class is an introduction to the 101 class, with an emphasis on the basics of hot yoga.

101 Class - 90 minutes
A favorite for beginners, this class is the most structured and the easiest to follow. The sequence of postures never changes and is specifically designed for the beginning level student. There are no advanced postures or contortions. By formatting the class in this way, each student will have the time to build confidence and body awareness as well as a better understanding of how the postures work. Students will improve strength, muscle tone, balance, flexibility and a sharpening of focus and concentration. All this will be done in a heated environment to warm the muscles and to allow more freedom of movement. The student will also gradually reach a target heart rate to achieve excellent cardiovascular health with no physical impact! Fat reduction is inevitable when practiced 3-5 times a week.

"Plus" Class - 90 minutes
This class still includes most of the postures in the 101 class with a little extra attention given to core strengthening and improving hip and shoulder strength and flexibility. There will be intermediate variations offered for students who are ready to explore and playfully deepen their personal practice. Each "Plus" class will be unique without straying too far from the basics. It is also a very beginner-friendly class. Students are encouraged to come to this class with an open mind and a willingness to learn new things.

Power Hour Class - 65 minutes
This is a 65 minute version of the "Plus" class.

Restorative Class - 65 minutes
This class is designed to help students release stress and focus on breath and being more mindfull in their practice. It's done to candlelight and soft music and is the perfect compliment to the other classes.

Silent Class - 90 minutes*
This is another option for any student who has attended at least 10 classes. The class is led to music by a Yoga 101 instructor, but with minimal verbal instruction. In this class, students will be able to focus inwardly during their practice in a very quiet and peaceful environment.
* The 6:00am Tuesday and Thursday Silent classes are 75 minutes

Vinyasa Class - 90 minutes
The vinyasa class is more for the intermediate and advanced student. In this class poses are intermingled with sun salutations to create a kind of moving meditation as the student becomes more practiced at combining movement and breath. This class also introduces more complicated and advanced poses. Students are encouraged to try it out and just do their very best. It's an informal class and alot of fun.
